Toddler Siblings granted Permanent Resident Status

Mooradian's clients, two toddlers from the Middle East, recently became lawful permanent residents of the United States and will soon derive citizenship from their U.S. Citizen mother. The mother filed petitions for her children through USCIS. She had become a citizen after the birth of her two children; when her children came to the United States on ESTA, she realized that the family could no longer return to the country of origin. Mooradian was able to complete the process as a one-step adjustment of status, and the two children derived U.S. Citizenship once they received their permanent resident status.
