Special Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law, Child from India

Attorney Mooradian's client, a teenager from India, recently received approval of special findings of fact and rulings of law such that he may pursue Special Immigrant Juvenile Status through USCIS. The child had come to the United States when he was very young, eventually finding safety and care with extended family members. Following a hearing before the Worcester Probate and Family Court, the child was granted special findings such that he may pursue immigration relief affirmatively, including eventual permanent resident status and citizenship.
