Marriage Visa Approved

Attorney Mooradian's client, a young woman and mother from Mexico, recently received the approval of her marriage-based visa and permanent residence.  The couple, who have been married for only a short time, came to Attorney Mooradian and wondered if they would be able to proof the bona fide nature of their relationship to the immigration agency.  Mooradian was able to work collaboratively with the couple and assist them in gathering and presenting evidence.  He was also able to anticipate questions about the beneficiary's admissibility given that she had entered on a particular type of visa. Following a brief interview at the USCIS Lawrence Field Office, the case was readily approved.
