K-1 Visa Approved, Consular Process, Mexico

Mooradian's client was recently issued a K-1 fiance visa following her consular process in Mexico. The client, who is engaged to a U.S. Citizen, will soon be able to reunite with her longtime fiance, whom she plans to marry upon her arrival to the United States. Despite COVID-related processing delays, Mooradian was able to secure a consular interview through congressional assistance and the matter.  The beneficiary will soon be able to fly into the United States and pursue her adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident.
