K-1 Adjustment of Status Granted

Mooradian's client from South America was recently granted her adjustment of status at the local field office following an entry on a K-1 visa. In this particular case, the clients were concerned about a unique living situation. Following extensive preparation of the filing, the local office readily granted the beneficiary's adjustment to status of lawful permanent resident.

While questions did arise in the form of an RFE relating to the COVID 19 vaccination, Mooradian was able to readily resolve those questions such that the permanent resident status was issued without delay.
