I-360 Approved for Abused Child El SAlvador

Mooradian's client, a young man from El Salvador, recently received Special Immigrant Juvenile Status when his I-360 petition was approved by USCIS. The client had fled to the United States with his mother. Unfortunately, he became the victim of protracted domestic violence in the United States. Subsequent to suffering that abuse, the defendant/father completely abandoned the family and left the United States. USCIS agreed that the child warrants special immigrant juvenile status based upon a Probate and Family Court order of Special Findings that had been issued months ago.
