Adjustment of Status for Immigrant Juvenile

Following extensive negotiations with USCIS, Attorney Mooradian's client was recently approved for a green card based on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.  Following protracted abuse, the client was forced to wait an extended period of time for the processing of his application during the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, the agency made numerous requests for further evidence relating to medical information, age, and identity.  Following responses to those agency requests, the client was issued permanent resident status and is now firmly on his path to citizenship.
