Green Card Despite Unauthorized Employment

Attorney Mooradian succeeded in an adjustment of status for a client from Europe this past week, despite instances of unauthorized employment. Mooradian prepared the fiance visa petition (I-129F), and he advised the client to be honest and forthcoming about his past employment. The client was admitted to the United States as a fiance. Then, Mooradian prepared the adjustment of status application based on the marriage of the petitioner and beneficiary.
